MICHAuto is an automotive industry group focused around the following Strategic Objectives:
- Advocate and champion the achievements of Michigan's automotive industry.
- Become the "portal" for all automotive companies seeking information about Michigan as a potential site for in-bound investment, working closely with the State's economic development and educational communities.
- Promote collaborations among Michigan's auto-related corporations, associations, colleges and universities and government agencies.
- Create forums for sharing knowledge and best practices in a spirit of competition and cooperation, or "co-opetition" among Michigan's automotive industry members.
- Help recruit and retain top talent to Michigan's automotive industry.
- Ensure the availability of training/retraining and educational programs necessary for workforce development in this increasingly high-tech industry.
