Detroit Regional Chamber’s Political Action Committee Releases Additional Endorsements for the 2014 General Election

DETROIT, October 21, 2014 – Today, the Detroit Regional Chamber’s Political Action Committee (PAC) announced additional endorsements in several key races at the state level for Michigan’s 2014 general election.

Earlier this year, the Chamber PAC announced its support for the re-election of Governor Rick Snyder, as well as its endorsement of Congressman Gary Peters for Michigan’s open U.S. Senate seat.

Detroit matters. Communities must work together. And voters electing business-friendly leaders has helped improve the economy in Michigan. Those were three messages Rich Studley, president and CEO of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce, and Sandy Baruah, president and CEO of the Detroit Regional Chamber, hammered home to roughly 80 people attending the inaugural First Tuesday Power Lunch at Oak Pointe Country Club in Genoa Township.
