Jennie Ecclestone is the Director of Global Talent Attraction and Employer Branding for Magna International, leading a global team that manages all of Magna International’s employer branding, talent attraction, and recruitment marketing efforts.
With a focus on creating a world-class candidate experience, Ecclestone helps to curate key employer branding moments to strengthen Magna’s appeal as an employer and facilitates the governance and upskilling of Magna’s broader internal talent attraction community of more than 1,000 recruiting professionals.
Before this role, Ecclestone worked in talent attraction and corporate communications for more than 14 years at General Motors.
Ecclestone currently serves as co-chair of the Digital Lakes CHRO Advisory Group. She was named one of PR News’ 2011 “Top 15 to Watch”.
Ecclestone holds a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and PR from Michigan State University. She also received a certification in leadership as part of GM’s “Breakthrough Leadership Training” program in partnership with Harvard Business School.
