This initiative is part of the GEM Talent Transformation Project, which aims to support attraction and retention of a robust talent community critical to the region’s success.

Business-to-Business talent consulting services will be matched through a Request for Applications and a Request for Proposals process that will be funded by the GEM Initiative. The GEM initiative is a Build Back Better Regional Grant awarded to the Detroit region by the Economic Development Administration. The Mobility Talent Resource Network will be available to Mobility businesses throughout the 11-county region of Southeast Michigan.
