Following an electrifying week at the 2026 Detroit Auto Show, MichAuto Executive Director Glenn Stevens Jr. joined WILS Morning Wake-Up to discuss highlights that set this year apart, including the emergence of Formula 1 (F1) to overland vehicles to the presence of the U.S. Army, stating, “it was truly more than an automotive show.”
Specifically talking about the significance of F1, Stevens said, “They have regular viewers approaching 900 million users. If you think about that and extrapolate that, it’s very important for the brands in our hometown teams, Cadillac and Ford, to have that presence and visibility.”
