Gary Grigowski is the Vice President of Team 1 Plastics Inc., a custom injection-molding manufacturer serving the automotive industry. Based at the company’s Albion, Michigan, facility, he has held leadership responsibility across finance, information technology, manufacturing, and quality functions since the company’s founding in 1987.
Team 1 Plastics has been recognized multiple times by Plastics News as a Best Place to Work, reflecting the company’s long-standing commitment to its workforce and operating culture. Grigowski has also been cited in national and international media discussing the impact of trade policy on small Tier automotive suppliers.
In addition to his role at Team 1 Plastics, Grigowski serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Homestead Savings Bank, where he contributes to governance and strategic oversight.
Grigowski earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, formerly the General Motors Institute.
