Ida Byrd-Hill is the Chief Executive Officer of Automation Workz, ranked in the Top 10 Cybersecurity Bootcamps in the U.S., training front-liners in cybersecurity, data analytics, network engineering, and software development.
Byrd-Hill has business experience in HR, executive search, finance, technology, and wealth management. She is also the author of eight books, including Invisible Talent Market-Solving the Talent Shortage Without Outsourcing and Visas.
Byrd-Hill leads the West MI African American Tech Readiness Collaborative and is a member of the Automotive Industry Action Group, Association for Talent Development, Detroit Regional Chamber Board of Directors, Electric Vehicle Jobs Academy, German American Business Council, National Association of Black Journalists, National Minority Supplier Development Council, Society of Automotive Analysts, and Society for Human Resource Management.
Byrd-Hill earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and an MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University.
