After the release of MichAuto’s new State of Automobility report, MichAuto’s Executive Director and the Detroit Regional Chamber’s Chief Automotive and Innovation Officer, Glenn Stevens Jr. spoke to the Detroit Free Press sharing, “We still are very much in a leadership and strength position,” Stevens said of Michigan’s auto industry. Stevens warns that to stay competitive, Michigan must invest in innovation across all powertrains, strengthen education and workforce pathways, and improve infrastructure and housing to attract top talent.
