Ajay Chawla is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OnTrac AI. A seasoned executive and visionary leader with more than 27 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and impact across technology, operations, and business development, he leads the company’s mission to deliver next-generation AI and machine learning solutions that are seamlessly integrated into clients’ business processes. Under his leadership, OnTrac ensures its technology is not only cutting-edge but also practical, scalable, and embedded across enterprise systems to deliver measurable results in efficiency, decision-making, and growth.
Prior to establishing OnTrac, Chawla held senior leadership and client-facing roles at JTEK Data Solutions and SourceHOV. He brings a rare blend of operational fluency, technical insight, and relationship acumen across multiple industries.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Chawla is deeply committed to community and youth development. He co-founded Toast for Tykes in 1999 and has led it as Chairman. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Your Children’s Foundation, where he contributes leadership on health equity and child welfare philanthropy. A lifelong athlete and leader, Chawla is the current head coach of Brother Rice Varsity Lacrosse.
