Anthony Minghine is chief operating officer and deputy executive director of the Michigan Municipal League. He is a tireless advocate for local government, and frequently testifies to the state Legislature on matters relating to local government finance. With more than 25 years of combined experience, Minghine is an expert in operational and finance issues relating to municipalities and nonprofits.
