She has spent over a decade in real estate development, working across acquisition, development, disposition, and capital raising. She has successfully raised over $25 million and managed multimillion-dollar projects, specializing in transforming distressed properties into high-value assets. McGee’s deep expertise in real estate led her to recognize a critical gap in EV charging reliability, inspiring her to found OptimizeEV.
In addition to leading OptimizeEV, McGee is the Principal Broker of Stream Real Estate and Chief Executive Officer of Apparatus Development, where she focuses on revitalizing urban cores through strategic investments and mixed-use developments. Her ability to navigate complex financial structures, coupled with her passion for sustainability and smart cities, positions her as a trailblazer in both real estate and cleantech.
