Under her leadership, the Foundation developed a microloan fund for women-owned and managed businesses in the state.rnrnCassin and a group of 30 Michigan women founded BELLE Michigan. The state’s first female venture fund was created to invest in women-owned companies and other underserved communities in the United States. The Fund has made six investments and is transforming the entrepreneurial ecosystem for women across Michigan.
