u0026nbsp;rnrnDevin Scillian is an award-winning TV news anchor and the creator and host of Flashpoint, his Sunday morning weekly community affairs program on WDIV-TV in Detroit. Fans of “The Ellen Show” know him for his hilarious “breaking news” segments.rnrnu0026nbsp;rnrnScillian joined WDIV-TV in 1995 as a reporter before moving into the anchor position in 1996. His career took him to WIDW-TV in Topeka, WAND in Decatur, Illinois, KLTV in Tyler, Texas, and KFOR in Oklahoma City before he arrived in Detroit.rnrnu0026nbsp;rnrnScillian has also won the Edward R. Murrow Award, one of the highest honors in broadcast journalism, four times.rnrnu0026nbsp;rnrnScillian is the author of 20 books and has won many awards, including the Wanda Gag Award for the nation’s best “read aloud” book. Devin is an accomplished musician and songwriter. He has twice won the prestigious Detroit Music Award for Best Country Performer.
