Horace Tiggs IV is the Detroit Partner of McKinsey & Co., helping to define and execute tech strategy and transformation, technology delivery, and business builds across industries, including utilities, chemicals, and automotive.
Before joining McKinsey in 2023, Tiggs was a managing director with Accenture, where he focused on large-scale technology transformations, including systems integration, technology and infrastructure consulting, infrastructure, and application managed services and IT strategy.
Tiggs is committed to lifelong learning, as well as mentoring and coaching. He has served in various executive leadership sponsorship roles for programs focused on the identification, recruitment, retainment, and development of diverse leadership populations.
Tiggs earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering, majoring in Chemical Engineering, from the University of Michigan.
