Kim Korth

Chief Executive Officer, Engauge Workforce Development

Kim Korth is the Chief Executive Officer of Engauge Workforce Development. 

A seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience running a diverse set of manufacturing and industrial companies, Korth previously served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Techniplas LLC, a privately held group of plastics-focused manufacturing businesses, and Supreme Corporation, a manufacturer of commercial trucks and buses. She was also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of IRN, Inc., a boutique consulting firm focused on the automotive supplier community.  

Korth has served on various corporate boards throughout her career, including Burke E. Porter Machinery Company, Shape Corporation, Autocam, and Unwired Technology. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Stoneridge Inc., Garyline LLC, Aeriteck, and Engauge Workforce Solutions. 

Korth earned a Master of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University.
