Kristine Coogan is a Principal in the People Strategy practice in Chicago at KPMG, leading the practice for the Industrial Manufacturing industry. She works with clients to identify and address human capital considerations throughout the deal lifecycle, supporting them with buy-side and sell-side HR due diligence, integrations, and separations.
Coogan has more than 20 years of industry experience consulting on HR and M&A matters across multiple sectors, including industrial manufacturing and healthcare. Representative clients include SAIC, BorgWarner, Joyson Safety Systems, Tenneco, FCA, Rinnai, Lear, Faurecia, Harsco, Advent International, SecurAmerica, Thai Summit, Softbank, McCormick, Hitachi, and Mistui.
