Marc Djozlija is proprietor and executive chef of Wright and Company. He is also the co-founder of Café 78 at the Detroit Museum of Contemporary Art, and The Peterboro in Detroit’s historic Chinatown. A stalwart culinary student, Djozlija previously served under the guidance of Chef Wolfgang Puck and helped launch the famed Spago restaurant in Las Vegas. He also previously served as executive chef of Cili at the Bali Hall Golf Club, and executive chef of Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill at MGM Grand Las Vegas.
In 2014, Djozlija joined with friend and business partner, Dave Kwiatkowski to launch Wright and Company. The restaurant features versatile styles of cooking featuring a diverse small plates menu drawing on Djozlija’s world travels, as well as innovative craft cocktails. Djozlija was nominated for the “Best Chef-Great Lakes Region” James Beard award in 2015.
