Mary Kramer is publisher for Crain’s Detroit Business, responsible for all operations of the publication that covers business news in the five-county metro Detroit area.rnrnPrior to joining the organization as an editor in 1989, Kramer previously had 16 years of reporting and management experience at daily newspapers including: the Kalamazoo Gazette, Grand Rapids Press, and Ann Arbor News.rnrnKramer earned a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University and a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Eastern Michigan University.
