Suzanne Shank

Suzanne Shank is president, chief executive officer, and co-founder of Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC, a full-service investment banking firm. A 30-year veteran of the financial services industry, Shank has also positioned the firm as a top-ranked minority- and woman-owned investment banking firm in the country.

Shank has been recognized for her leadership in the financial services industry by Crain’s Detroit Business, Crain’s New York, U.S. Banker Magazine, the Municipal Forum of New York, Black Enterprise, Investopedia, Savoy Magazine, and The Bond Buyer, among others. Shank was also named one of USA Today’s Women of the Century in 2020.

Shank serves on the boards of Rocket Companies Inc. (NYSE RKT) and CMS Energy (NYSE CMS). She also serves on the boards of the Partnership for New York City, the Skillman Foundation, the Kresge Foundation, Wharton Graduate Executive Advisory Board Global Citizen, Invest Detroit, and the Spelman College Board of Trustees.

Shank is a graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a Master of Business Administration in Finance, and the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering.
