Tami Door serves as the chief executive officer of Q Factor and its related Team of Team companies, including Makers Line, Forge, Titus, Drumbeat, JAG, and Mode. She is a nationally regarded city builder with extensive experience in placemaking, public-private partnerships, and real estate development.
Tami previously served as the chief executive officer for the Downtown Denver Partnership, where she actively engaged in billions of dollars for developing Downtown Denver’s largest historical expansion. A major leader in the innovation sector, she co-founded the nation’s largest free entrepreneurial event and a premier startup incubator. Additionally, she has chaired and co-led countless neighborhood redevelopment processes and political campaigns in Denver.
Tami was named one of the city’s Most Admired CEOs by the Denver Business Journal, Metro Denver Power Broker, and 9News Leader of the Year. In 2022, she was named the Denver Business Journal’s Hall of Fame inductee. She has served on and chaired many boards, including Citywide Banks, Johnson Financial Group, Auraria Higher Education Campus, International Downtown Association, and VisitDenver.
