Recently, MichAuto Executive Director, Glenn Stevens Jr. joined Greg Brady on Toronto Today to discuss Michigan’s relationship with Canada and the potential impacts of the Trump Administration’s threats of tariffs on Canadian imports.
“We do want to increase U.S. manufacturing, but we don’t want to do it at the expense of Canada,” Stevens Jr. said. “We believe as a global competitive trade block – the Canadian market, the U.S. market, and the Mexican market – together, from an automotive standpoint, are stronger together.”
