The Center for Automotive Research Management Briefing Seminars moved from Traverse City to Detroit, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the conference. This was a catalyst for a busy Mobility Week, with nearly 50 events bringing together industry stakeholders. From conferences including MOVE America and the Mobility Innovation Exchange (MIX), to roundtables, private dinners, demonstrations, and networking opportunities, September demonstrated what is so unique about Michigan: the depth and breadth of Michigan’s ecosystem is unlike any other place. The diversity of topics, ranging from advanced aviation technology and supply chain and manufacturing to public policy, start-ups, infrastructure, and technology integration, can only thrive in Michigan due to our diverse ecosystem and blend of automotive legacy and mobility technology.
For Michigan, Mobility Week served as an amplification of the state’s ongoing efforts. As Detroit hosted hundreds of guests from around the world, the amplification was crucial in establishing the city and region as a hub for future mobility.
