Mark White is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Shape Corp., responsible for setting the company’s vision and strategic direction, delivering operational excellence, and meeting the financial performance metrics defined by the Board of Directors.
Since joining Shape Corp. in 2000, White has served as Executive Vice President, Vice President and Managing Director of European Operations, and Vice President of Shape Corp.’s venture, NetShape International.
Beyond his executive roles, White is active in industry associations and non-profit organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors for MEMA and is a member of the executive supplier advisory councils at Toyota Motor Co., General Motors, and Nissan Motor Co. He is currently co-chairman of TalentFirst and also serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board at the Seidman School of Business at Grand Valley State University.
White has been recognized as a Michigan and Northwest Ohio Entrepreneur of the Year and an E&Y National Finalist in 2023. He is listed by Crain’s Business as one of the top 200 business leaders in West Michigan for three consecutive years.
White earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University. He also completed executive education programs at the University of Chicago and the University of Minnesota.
