Anthony Hatinger

Anthony Hatinger is the co-founder of Detroit Ento, a startup organization focused on turning locally sourced insects into food products. As a student of religion and horticulture at Michigan State University, Hatinger is bringing his passion and knowledge for food justice organizing and creation care theology to Detroit. He previously served as the aquaponics and garden production manager for Central Detroit Christian and is an herbal extract specialist. He previously served on the Voices for Earth Justice Board of Directors.
