Charles “Chuck” Hadden is president and CEO of the Michigan Manufacturers Association (MMA). Since joining the MMA in 1993, Hadden has served as the public policy officer and lead lobbyist. In this role, he represented manufacturers on the issues of taxation, product liability, employment and insurance before the Michigan Legislature and various state agencies.rnrnDuring his tenure, Hadden was instrumental in obtaining passage of significant legislation to benefit the manufacturing sector, including restructuring Michigan’s tax and energy policies. He currently sits on the Michigan Works! Board of Directors as an advocate for talent and workforce development initiatives.rnrnHadden earned his undergraduate degree from Alma College and a Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives.
