Jose L. Flores is the Chief Executive Officer of Ancor. With over a decade of leadership experience across more than six countries and multiple industries, Flores brings a bold, global mindset to every challenge. He has led Ancor’s strategic evolution into sectors like healthcare and retail, introducing cutting-edge solutions in asset tracking through smart connectivity and AI.
Flores’s leadership and influence have been widely recognized through DBusiness Magazine’s “30 in Their Thirties,” the national Hispanic Businessperson of the Year award from the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Crain’s Detroit Business’ “40 Under 40.”
Flores serves on the boards of the New Economy Initiative, the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Detroit Cristo Rey High School. He is also a member of Michigan State University’s Green and White Council, where he helps shape strategies for talent retention, economic development, and industry collaboration.
Flores earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University and has completed several executive education programs at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
