Katie Packer

Katie Packer is a partner at two political consulting firms: WWP Strategies, which handles political campaigns and issue management; and Burning Glass Consulting, a first-of-its-kind, all-female Republican consulting firm, specializing in messaging to women.rnrnPacker has managed campaigns at every level, from the state Legislature and gubernatorial to the U.S. Senate and executive branch. Packer worked on the campaigns of former Secretary of Energy Spencer Abraham, former Michigan Lt. Gov. Dick Posthumus, and managed the Michigan Senate Republican Campaign Committee from 1996-1999. She has worked on the presidential campaigns of Sen. Bob Dole (1996), former President George W. Bush (2004), and Gov. Mitt Romney (2008/2012).rnrnIn 2016, Packer founded Our Principles PAC, a SuperPAC aimed at electing conservatives at the federal level. She is an adjunct professor at George Washington University’s Graduate School for Political Management and a 2016 Fellow at Georgetown University’s Institute of Politics and Public Service. Packer is a frequent guest on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News and NPR.
