Laura Grannemann is the vice president of the Rocket Community Fund and executive director of the Gilbert Family Foundation. In her dual roles, she focuses on breaking down complex systems related to economic development and neighborhood stabilization. This includes Detroit’s tax foreclosure crisis, the mortgage market in the city, education programs that prepare students for 21st century jobs in Detroit, bridging the digital divide, and providing capital and support to entrepreneurs and small businesses across all of Detroit’s neighborhoods. She also oversees all volunteer engagement and giving initiatives for Rocket Companies and its affiliates.rnrnGrannemann leads multiple projects that bring together public, private, and philanthropic partners who work collaboratively to address often systemic and intractable issues in Detroit, including Rehabbed u0026amp; Ready, Motor City Mapping, Neighbor to Neighbor, Make It Home, the Detroit Tax Relief Fund, the Motor City Contractor Fund, the Detroit Eviction Defense Fund, and the Detroit Home Repair Fund.rnrnGrannemann is a board member of the Rocket Giving Fund, the non-profit that powers the Rocket Mortgage Classic.rnrnGrannemann earned a degree in international development from Georgetown University.
