Michael E. Porter is an economist, researcher, author, advisor, speaker and teacher. Throughout his career as a Bishop William Lawrence University professor at Harvard Business School, he has taught economic theory and strategy concepts to alleviate common challenges corporations, economies, and societies face.rnrnPorter has conducted extensive research in governments, corporations, NGOs, and academic circles around the globe and is the author of nineteen books and over 130 articles on economics and business.
