As vice president of innovation and ventures at Faurecia, Rob Huber is responsible for bringing new ideas to market and for identifying key partnership opportunities through open innovation models across a global network. Faurecia xWorks is a cross-functional product and business incubator focused on strategic innovation and consumer-driven product solutions for the automotive market sector.rnrnPrior to joining Faurecia, Huber served as executive director of design for Johnson Controls, where he led design and advanced product development. He also worked for Thomson Consumer Electronics and was responsible for the complete re-design of the RCA brand of consumer products. Huber began his career as a designer for FCA US LLC, where he led the design of the interiors for the Dodge Intrepid, Eagle Vision and Chrysler Concord. He earned a degree in industrial design from the University of Cincinnati.
