Soraya Kim
Prior to joining Ford, she was the Chief Innovation Officer at the American Center for Mobility, a 500+ acre, state-of-the-art test facility for connected and automated vehicles, in Ypsilanti, Michigan. In that role she worked with the core team in standing up the facility, securing over $100 million of funding, and working with AT&T on 5G network infrastructure, Microsoft on developing a data management analytics platform, and Ford, Toyota, Hyundai, Visteon and Subaru on simulation and testing.
Soraya also worked for the Global Commercialization Group at the University of Texas in Austin where new technologies from key hubs of innovation around the world were identified, evaluated, and supported using a NASA-based commercialization methodology.
Soraya is an attorney by training with a background in corporate commercial work and mergers and acquisitions.
