He led the charge to execute Kelly’s long-term strategy, facilitated collaboration across the organization, and developed metrics and accountability mechanisms to ensure Kelly’s teams prioritized growth mandates and met expectations. Dupree’s deep experience in growing the Kelly brand has resulted in solutions that have expanded and deepened customer and partner relationships.rnrnDupree joined Kelly in 2000 in an operations role in North Carolina. During his tenure, he has held positions of increasing responsibility within the global solutions and corporate accounts teams, including senior vice president and managing director of global service, and vice president and group leader of global solutions design.rnrnDupree earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from Gardner-Webb University and completed the International Business Studies Program at Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland. He is certified in human capital strategy and strategic workforce planning and is the author of “Journey to Talent Supply Chain Management.” Dupree is a member of the strategic advisory board for the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) and has been featured among a select group of professionals on u003cemu003eSupply u0026amp; Demand Chain Executive’su003c/emu003e “Pros to Know” list.
