Tom DeVries is a principal partner at ThoughtFull Design, a global design strategy firm. As a design and innovation strategist, DeVries has a keen sense for defining and capitalizing on the “sweet spot” where customer value delivers commercial value. He provides a wealth of global experience leading organizations and initiatives in a wide variety of industries. DeVries earned bachelor’s degrees in marketing and human resource management from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University, and a master’s degree in design methods from the Institute of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
