Glenn Stevens Jr., Chief Automotive and Innovation Officer with the Detroit Regional Chamber, joined Local 4 on Monday, Aug. 24, to discuss the potential consumer impacts of the ongoing trade war between the U.S. and Canada.
“This is an extremely interconnected supply chain across all industries,” Stevens Jr. said. “Agricultural products, lumber, hockey sticks, a lot of it is going to be impacted right now. And we’ll see the Canadians may retaliate. They’ve given September 8th as a date.”
