On Wednesday, March 8, the Michigan Auto Caucus introduced Sen. Darrin Camilleri (D-Brownstown Twp), Sen. Dan Lauwers (R-Brockton), Rep. Ranjeev Puri (D-Canton), and Rep. Curt VanderWall (R-Ludington), as the co-Chairs for the 2023-2025 legislative term.
For nearly a decade now, this bipartisan, bi-cameral Caucus has helped bring elected state officials together with auto and mobility industry leaders to learn from each other and collaborate to help secure and grow the state’s signature industry. This includes helping champion legislation like the SAFE Act and the Strategic Outreach Attraction Reserve Fund. MichAuto is proud to support its operation.
Each new co-Chair spoke about their excitement to join the Caucus leadership and passion for growing Michigan’s automotive and mobility industry.
