Chris Renwick and Lloyd Jackson spoke with Glenn Stevens Jr., MichAuto’s Executive Director, about the bipartisan Connected Vehicle Security Act. They discussed protecting American jobs and national security from foreign adversaries.
“When we talk about the U.S. auto industry, yes, it is Ford, GM, and Stellantis. But the U.S. auto industry also is Toyota, Honda, Rivian, and Hyundai,” Stevens Jr. said. “They employ a lot of American workers too and this really is aimed at protecting them as much as it is our hometown teams.”
